Ohio auditors haphazardly selected 11 drivers from Greathouse Medical Transportation's personnel files, and all 11 failed to complete passenger assistance training. 6 drivers lacked a background check. This was a disaster waiting to happen. How many patients were injured by negligent drivers? How many drivers needlessly endangered their passengers?
