Addressing the Growing Need for Seniors Transport in D.C./Virginia/Maryland Region

VIRGINIA - At present, 20% of Americans 65 and older do not drive. That percentage is about to grow much larger as more and more "baby-boomers" begin to retire. The following video produced by Mobility Lab shows what is being done by community organizations, private companies, and public transportation agencies in the D.C./Virginia/Maryland region to address the current and future needs of seniors for better access to transportation. Representatives featured include those from the Jewish Council for Aging and Medical Transportation Management, Inc.
