NEWS: Phoenix NEMT Company Helping Homeless Veterans

PHOENIX, ARIZONA - Dec. 17, 2012 - The following video news coverage shows how one local Phoenix NEMT company is supporting the needs of a local charity during this Christmas Season. Quality Transport Services (QTS) has collected and transported over 500 badly needed blankets and jackets to the JustA Center, a day center for homeless seniors in the Phoenix area. QTS will continue to receive donations through the Blanket Drive page of their website, where those interested in supporting the program can contact them. QTS has an interesting back-story, to learn more read my earlier post, NEMT Profile: Quality Transport Services.

Thank you for this post. It was our pleasure to lead this effort. The highlight was the broad participation of so many of our customers. The count to date is over 1000 blankets and pieces of warm winter clothing donated to the Justa Center. Will temperatures forecast to fall below freezing this weekend - we expect the items to go to good use.
Thanks again,
Andy - QTS
