This company has been doing all of this yo my family for years. Policy changes without customer notification is the cause for most of the denial of services we have experienced. How hard is it to send out eMail and/or a post card?

Simple changes and proper use of available technology would have all but eliminated these complaints.

I could go on but what's the point. Anyone want to start a business. Methimks the bid would be easy to aquire due to all of this malfeasance.
