NEWS: 2 DART Drivers Charged with Sexual Assault of Female Passenger
DALLAS - Nov. 02, 2011 - Two Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) paratransit drivers have been charged in the aggravated sexual assault of a mentally disabled woman. Two alleged incidents took place, the first in September and a second in October, both aboard DART Paratransit vehicles. The investigation began after the woman's case worker reported it. The two men work for Veolia, who is contracted to provide paratransit service for DART. Veolia has begun the process to terminate their employment.
