MADISON, WISCONSIN - Badger Cab has been operating in Madison, Wisconsin since 1946. They have both metered cabs and zone cabs. Zone cabs are unique, in that they can legally transport separate customers at the same time if they share a common route (shared ride). The rate between two points are pre-determined regardless of the route taken. The fare for zone cabs are often as little as 2/3 that of metered cabs. Badger Cab has also been a community leader when it comes to the environment - from the use of alternative fuels in the vehicles to solar panels on the office roof.
